This is the first morning of three nights off. Just built a bed side cabinet but added a slide out keyboard shelf so when I’m at my computer I can bring all the tables and shelves in and drink beer, eat, watch TV and operate my computers without doing more than twisting the car. Nice.

Tonight I will be feasting on Chinese food but till then I’ll enjoy some beers.

Also did my own version of matambre a la pizza with mushrooms. I used thin steaks in place of flank. Turned out really nice so will need to try with larger steaks.

Ate French toast, drove to work in antique Land Rover for lulz and because somebody’s looking at my Benz’s A/C, and now on the way to fix coffee. Long term project at work isn’t going anywhere, but that’s not my fault.

my wife is out of town and I’ve been binge watching King of the Hill while playing Gran Turismo. However I have forgotten the Chinese Food. I’ve been doing all the other things and I totally forgot! Thank you for this reminder.

No worries.

My Chinese takeaway session consists of Special Fried Rice, Cantonese Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice, BBQ ribs, two or three extra portions of fried rice, oh and nearly forgot the beer, lol, not really.

I’m about a month and a half away from my unemployment ending. When you’ve done retail with some data entry and computer repairs for the past 12 years of working, it gets tight to find work where I live. Believe me, I am hoping things pick up in a few weeks. I need monies.
